At Jupiter we’re fascinated by brands and how they behave. We have a passion for helping our clients think more deeply about who they are, what they stand for and how they engage with people.

We’re constantly exploring the global influences on brands – watching what’s happening now, and looking at emerging trends that point to what may happen next.

At the moment our hot topic is authenticity: giving a brand substance that’s more than skin-deep, with more meaning and life. At the same time we’re interested in the continuous rise of people as brands – what are the visual and verbal signals that can transform a c-lister into a brand for high street products? How can you create the carefully crafted public persona of a potential presidential candidate?

Some of the clients we work with reach their customers through their people. They have a front line, or a back-stage team, whose every interaction with customers can make or break their brand promise. Whether they’re in retail, financial services, public sector service teams or education, they all recognise the importance of being coherent – what they do, what they say and who they are must all come together to create a clear message.

The world of personal branding is moving fast. Pippa Rees brings to life its importance with Naked Ambition. See more of what she’s doing.
