Creativity in the community

Posted in Latest news by Nicole on June 3rd, 2008

Connecting with the heart of our community is something we’re committed to here at Jupiter. So we’re delighted to be hosting our second ‘Jupiter & Friends’ event to celebrate a recent initiative that has seen graphic design students from Nottingham Trent University building awareness of The Child Migrants Trust.

The Child Migrants Trust is a charity that reunites families affected by migration schemes, providing those involved with a highly specialised support service. To raise awareness and encourage donations, students from Nottingham Trent University have designed a new visual identity for the Trust.

We’ve always had a strong creative relationship with Nottingham Trent’s students. By putting their skills to work in this project, they’re not only giving the Trust an impressive new look and feel, they’re also making a difference to people’s lives. It’s a collaboration we’re extremely proud to be involved with, and one that we’d love for you to come and see yourself.

Join us on Thursday 12th June 2008, 5.30 -7.00pm at Jupiter for the unveiling of the work, and you’ll see firsthand how, with a little imagination, a real impression can be made within your local community. For more on this event contact Nicole Ward.

We’re looking forward to seeing you.
