Jupiter and Friends
Earlier this week we hosted a lively interactive session on the subject of Creating A Breakthrough Business.
The session was attended by some of Jupiter’s clients from across the public and private sector and was run by Stuart Cross.
Stuart Cross (founder of Morgan Cross Consulting) helps some of the world’s top companies develop creative solutions to challenging strategic issues. His clients include Alliance Boots, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Avon Cosmetics. Before founding Morgan Cross, Stuart was Head of Strategy and Head of New Store Formats at Boots.
The session contained insights, advice and examples which were powerful and highly relevant to today’s economic climate, from how innovation can be used at the heart of an organisation to when to persevere with a new growth initiative and when it’s time to boldly change course.
