We actively take on several not for profit projects throughout the year as a way of giving our skills and time to the communities in which we work and live.

During 2010, the Rainbows hospice will double in size as they open a new wing to the hospice with state-of-the-art facilities specifically designed to enable the care of children into young adulthood. Rebecca Singleton, Trustee for Rainbows (and Head of Instore Marketing for Sainsbury’s) knew this would be the perfect time to create a new brand identity. Our brief was to make it instantly recognisable, relevant to the expanded age profile of patients, communicate that the hospice services the whole of the East Midlands, and to provide stand out in what is a really competitive market.

The new brand identity was launched on 21st September, to coincide with their 15th birthday celebrations and has already started to make a significant impact in engaging existing and new donors.

Rebecca said “It has been such a pleasure working with Jupiter again and I am delighted that they took on the Rainbows challenge of developing a new brand identity. The team at Jupiter, led by Lorna, have been true professionals who have got really close to the Rainbows team to understand the brand and the unique challenges we have in caring for our Rainbows children and their families. The solutions and ideas that have been developed are outstanding and truly move Rainbows as a brand into a new and very exciting place. The team at Jupiter have excelled and we will always be so very grateful for their support and passion for what they have delivered.”
