Can you manage people and profits?
We’re looking for a client manager to join our busy client team. You’ll be responsible for managing and developing relations with our high-profile clients across several design disciplines, as well as forecasting, managing and reporting on budgets.
With an agency background and proven experience in client services, you’ll have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of commercial awareness. A thorough understanding of media, advertising, competitor markets and product analysis is also essential, as is a sound knowledge of print production.
Your role will involve developing and delivering key projects plus pro-actively identifying and creating new business opportunities within your client base. You’ll also be responsible for leading an account team, overseeing and managing their performance. It’s a busy, dynamic environment here, so you’ll need to be adept at organising your workload and performing under pressure.
